Payment Processing Fees
Once a payment is processed, payment processing fees are non-refundable both to V&R Shops and the buyer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
V&R Shops bears no responsibility in the event of customer-induced damage or loss of item(s). Should you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost, please contact us within 24 hours of the USPS tracking indicating package delivery.
Incorrect Shipments
If, by mistake, an incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact V&R Shops immediately. Ensure to include a clear subject in your email for prompt assistance. Please provide proof of your order, relevant information, and images of the items received. Rest assured, we will rectify the situation.
Address Accuracy
During checkout, it is imperative to provide your FULL address, including any relevant details such as house number, apartment/unit, etc. V&R Shops shall not be held liable for insufficient addresses provided by consumers. In case of an Address Mistake before receiving the confirmation email, consumers have the opportunity to promptly correct their address by contacting V&R Shops. The consumer has a 24-hour window to make this correction; otherwise, no further action can be taken to resolve the issue.
